Custom bandana printing
Custom printed bandanas on cotton (reactive) and polyester (sublimation): paisley, logo and event designs, cut and hemmed in-house. Okhla, Delhi. Small runs.
A bandana is a simple square that carries a design for riders, bands, events, brands and pets. Digital printing prints the whole square in full colour, including photographic work and fine paisley detail.
Cotton bandanas are printed with reactive dyes for a soft hand against skin; polyester bandanas are sublimated, which suits sports, cycling and wicking use.
- Cotton poplin, cambric and voile, or polyester micro and satin
- Paisley, logo, photo and event designs
- Pet-size to adult-size squares
- Hemmed, counted and packed in-house; a few pieces are enough to start

How many bandanas from 3 metres
The common bandana is a 22 inch (about 55 cm) square. A 44-inch or 58-inch width holds two squares across, and 3 m of length holds five rows, so 3 m of fabric gives about ten bandanas before hemming. A pet bandana is smaller, so the same length yields more.

Frequently asked questions
What size is a standard bandana?
About 22 x 22 inches (55 cm). We cut other sizes on request.
Can I print a different design on each bandana in the run?
Yes. Several designs can be placed on the same length and cut apart.
Do you hem the bandanas?
Yes. They are cut and stitch-hemmed in our tailoring unit, ready to sell or hand out.
Which is better for cycling, cotton or polyester?
Polyester micro by sublimation: it wicks sweat and dries quickly. Cotton is better for casual or fashion wear.
Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Any MOQ is fine: we print from as little as 3 metres, and sample pieces too, up to bulk.
What is your price per metre?
Competitive per-metre pricing. Ask for a quote with your fabric, design and quantity and we reply with the price.
